2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The Association, providing humanitarian aid services in accordance with its charter and legal obligations, requires the processing of personal data both while directly fulfilling its legal obligations and in circumstances where these obligations and the services provided indirectly require it. - Delivery of in-kind and monetary donations from our donors and volunteer citizens to us through the procedures determined by our website and our association
- Ensuring that in-kind and monetary donations from our donors and volunteers are delivered to those in need as quickly and cost-effectively as possible
- Announcing the activities and aid campaigns carried out by our association through SMS, e-newsletters, and other communication channels
- Planning and execution of service operations and various logistical activities
- Verifying that the information provided to us is accurate and up to date
- Carrying out our activities in accordance with international standards and leading the development of a spirit of solidarity
- Ensuring the security of our employees, guests, and association buildings through camera recordings and other security measures, as well as controlling entries and exits
- Preparing documents required under relevant laws and administrative regulations
- Full performance of contracts to which our association is a party and monitoring that counterparties fulfill their obligations under these contracts
- Ensuring the legal security of natural and legal persons who have business relations with our association
- Including in our team those who wish to participate in our activities as association members/volunteers
- Preparing official documents that our association is required to keep under legislation and properly managing the processes related to these transactions
- Ensuring the efficient and effective use of tools and equipment delivered to our employees
- Evaluating recruitment processes of job applicants, creating personnel files for employees whose applications are accepted, and maintaining our association’s human resources policies
- Increasing the morale, motivation, performance levels, satisfaction, and interactions of our employees with each other and with our association, and ensuring their commitment to our association
- Recording communications through our call centers or association telephones via audio and video when contact is made
- Fulfilling obligations arising from employment contracts
- Operating the disciplinary process in the event of incidents occurring within our association
- Meeting the requests of the judiciary, the Ministry of Interior, municipalities, and other relevant public institutions and organizations
- Processing personal data within the limits specified by law, in accordance with legal requirements, principles of honesty, and always in connection with, limited to, and proportionate to these purposes, including the creation of statistical data when our website is visited
3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data, within the purposes listed above and to ensure the continuity of our activities, may be transferred in compliance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law to real and legal persons permitted by legislation, donors and volunteers, public institutions and organizations when necessary, judicial and administrative authorities, law enforcement, institutions and organizations with which we have business relations, authorities related to humanitarian aid activities and the relevant ministry, humanitarian aid associations pursuing the same purpose with which joint activities are carried out, and consultancy, supplier, technology, legal, and training companies from which services are obtained.4. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS UNDER THE LAW
You may apply to ZÜMRA YARDIM DERNEĞİ at any time to:- Learn whether your personal data is being processed, the purpose of processing, and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose.
- Learn the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically and abroad.
- Request correction if you believe your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
- Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law.
- Request that third parties to whom your data has been transferred be notified of your requests under items (c) and (d) and that they perform the same actions.
- Object to any outcome that arises against you as a result of analysis by automated systems, or, if you believe your data has been recorded or used unlawfully and you have suffered damage, request compensation.
